Wheatgrass Juice Recipes for Good Health

For some people, fresh wheatgrass juice is an acquired taste. The health benefits though make it more than worthwhile to try these great blended Wheatgrass juice drinks & Mocktails. All have the dual benefit of great taste combined with their own healthy ingredients. We have included recipes for both sweet and savory wheatgrass juice drinks.

Rising Sun
* 6 ounces lemonade
* 2 ounces organic wheatgrass juice

Mix juices together and drink right away for a great start to your day.

The Solarizer
* 1 ounce (ca. 30g) shot of fresh organic wheatgrass juice
* 6 ounces fresh carrot juice
Mix juices together and drink while fresh.

Green Juice
* 3 stalks celery
* 2 medium cucumbers
* 5 fresh spinach leaves
* ½ cup fresh parsley
* 2 ounces fresh organic wheatgrass juice
* water as needed

Cut celery and cucumber into chunks small enough to fit through your juicer. Juice and dilute with pure spring water for texture and/or taste.

Sweet Grass Special
* 2 large red apples
*1 large orange
*1 teaspoon certified organic honey
*pinch finely ground cinnamon
* 1 ounce shot of fresh organic wheatgrass juice

Juice apples and orange in standard juicer. Combine apple, orange and wheatgrass juices in a pitcher and stir to combine. Warm honey until it liquefies and mix into juices. Pour into individual glasses and dust lightly with cinnamon. Enjoy!
