Many studies have confirmed that people who eat a diet high in green leafy vegetables run a far lower risk of heart disease. The following green superfoods are widely available and everyonoe can add them to their diet.

1. Asparagus
Asparagus is packed with antioxidants and also a good source of fiber and vitamins A, C, E and K.
