·                  1 bunch of spinach
·                  4 stalk celery
·                  2 apples
·                  1 lemon
·                  1 large cucumbers

Method: 


Juice all the ingredients and serve immediately

You can add a teaspoon of flax-oil to your green juice. This will help your body to better absorb the nutrients.
