A fiesta of fun, food and spirits with a breathtaking ocean view at the Sky Pool, 28 stories high atop a mountain at Sunset Beach. Enjoy the lyrical sounds of a Mexican Trio as the setting sun melts into the ocean. Learn the art of cigar rolling by a local master. Delight your palate with delicious food from our new Mexican restaurant, Las Paloma’s, located at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos on El Médano Beach, Wines have been selected to complement the food for an interesting pairing and you can enjoy beer and tequila tasting as well. Show up hungry and leave happy. Fiesta is limited to 150 people.

Sushi Lessons & Sake Tasting at Siempre Restaurant’s Sushi Bar

Marvel at the skill of Master Chef Kata at the elegant Sushi Bar at Siempre Restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica as he prepares a four course sushi meal. Chef Kata will share recipes, explain a basic sushi glossary to take the mystery out of ordering at a sushi bar, and provide instruction on preparing the four dishes listed below. After preparation each course will be served with sake tasting. A bottle of sake and an elegant pair of chopsticks will be yours to take home. Classes are limited to 8 students. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is an adults only resort, children under the age of 16 are not allowed.

The menu includes:
* Mishoshiro Soup with Ensenada Clams
* Seared Tataki Tuna Sashimi with Spicy Sesame Seeds & Wasabi
* Crab Roll (made with soft shell crab, cream cheese, tobiko, chives, and avocado rolled in a cucumber wrap)
* Camelado (Coffee gelatin, vanilla ice cream, cream and Kahlua)

Private Chef’s Table
A truly unique event that combines gustatory delight with the pleasure of witnessing the expertise that creates it. Seated at your table in the kitchen of the elegant LaFrida restaurant, you will observe award-winning Chef Antonio de Livier as he prepares a spectacular multi-course dinner. As each one of the seven courses is prepared, Chef Antonio will join you at table to enjoy that dish with you and share his own particular brand of charm. Far more than just a dinner, this is an exclusive opportunity to see how a fine chef creates and to share a delightful and unforgettable event. This exclusive dinner is limited to only 6 guests.

After Dinner Drinks
These are optional events and are not included in any package. They are free to attend, but the bar is not hosted. Your drinks will be charged to your room or you may pay your bill at the bars in the respective resorts.

Cigar Bar at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach – Excellent cigars, fine spirits and wine in an elegant and sensuously comfortable setting. Features an extensive martini menu and an interesting selection of Tequilas in addition to a wide variety of Cuban cigars. If you prefer a non-smoking environment, choose the adjacent ocean view terrace or the classy Lobby Bar.
