The festival will be taking place from 7-16 May 2010 with a multitude of mouth-watering events in Christchurch's restaurants, pubs and hotels - from bangers and mash to fine food dining, including themed meals, demonstrations and foodie events.
The festival kicks off with Education Day with Lesley Waters on Friday 7 May when you can see what a great job is being done to introduce young people to good food and teach healthy eating to all ages.
The fabulous International Food Market takes place on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 May with free demonstrations in the Rangemaster Cookery Theatre, Saxon Square by top celebrity chef and festival patron Lesley Waters and leading Indian chef Cyrus Todiwala plus several of Christchurch's own top chefs.
Around 100 traders will be in the High Street selling an extensive range of quality food and drink and food and drink-related produce and returning again this year will be the popular Italian Market in the cobbled area of Church Street.
And if you are aged between five and eleven years old, why not visit the Kids Kitchen in the Priory School, Wick Lane during the market weekend and enjoy food tastings, quizzes, competitions and cookery demonstrations.
