Hi Sherry
Wines for Greek salad? I reckon a zippy fresh Greek wine would be perfect. Alternatively a crisp fresh Sauv Blanc(or aromatic white..Viognier, Pinot Gris, or even an off dry Gewurztraminer) which would go well with the Feta cheese. The key to the pairing is the sald dressing. If there is too much vinegar in the dressing the wine will not show well. Its lunch now....and I'm hungry.

I love wine, but I also adore exploring wine and food combos. I have done some great tastings for Wine Magazine in the UK and realise that sometimes taste balance is achieved with compliments of food and wine. Some wines improve massively with certain foods.
