hans said… - Amen, that kind of cooking is always a tale to tell, especially other friends who are enthusiast or are intrigued by your interest.
I know that cooking Pike for someone who didn`t like fish in the first place and completely changed her mind after tasting my dish. Its one of my better moments in the kitchen.
You ever tried orange juice with spices and chicken marinated over night and the next step, grilled? Thats an awsome treat. :)
