The base of the soup is the Latin Style Black Bean Soup from Trader Joes. If you don’t have a neighborhood Trader Joes, look for black bean soup at another supermarket (so sorry if you don’t live near a TJ’s)
What you will need:
Pour two boxes of Latin Style Black Bean Soup into the crockpot. Add the roasted corn and black beans to the soup.
Sautee sliced fresh or frozen bell peppers and add to the soup.
Set out some shredded cheese, whole grain crackers or whole grain bread and let your kids pick what they want to eat with their soup.
