I went to a cutting edge restaurant yesterday, it's in the harbor, and it's called "Le-Chuffesusu".

By cutting edge I mean really really cutting edge.

How is that you say?
They make sushi, that comes as pizza topping!!!

You get all the pizza types available, Chicago deep dish, NY thin crust, whatever there's in between, and you get an assortment of sushi dishes on top.

C R A Z Y !


They didn't wanna tell me what they do with it, but apparently and logically they don't bake the sushi, cos that would suck :)


Now, I'm a huge pizza fan.
I love my pie.
Really, I'm mad about pizza.
But that was so innovating I was scared. Some people ran out, almost hurling.
Dunno, I liked it.
But it was really weird.

Anyhow, I do recommend trying this, even at home, the links above are to sushi tutorials, and pizza recipes and pics.
